Monday hikes are limited to 12 participants.  You must register for the hikes.  Hikes are fast paced, often with 8 Miles or more distance, and often good elevation gain, considered intermediate to intermediate plus hikes.  They are for hikers who are in good hiking condition.  The hikes will be located in the Boise Foothills, Owyhee Desert, Boise National Forest.  Hikes may be up to 1 1/2 hrs drive from Boise.  Guests need to be approved by hike leader and fill out a waiver.

You will receive an email informing you that you are on the "to go" list for the hike or "waitlist" for the hike .  It is extremely important if you are unable to attend this activity that you cancel your registration 24 hrs before the hike so another hiker can be notified that they are able to attend.  If you have an emergency and are unable to notify 24 hrs before, please text the hike leader.

If you need to cancel your registration for this event, please go to your Profile on the Mountain West Outdoor Club website. To find your Profile, log in and click on your name in the upper left corner of the Home page. Your Profile will list events for which you are registered (including wait lists). Select the event and click cancel. Cancellations are allowed up to one day before the event. If an emergency arrives 24 hrs prior to the hike please text the hike leader that you are unable to attend.
