Springtime Rafting the Owyhee, Bruneau and Jarbidge Rivers

These spectacular desert rivers are located near Boise but are also so isolated and remote that it is difficult to explore them except by raft.  On top of that, there are only 2 months—April and May—when their Class II-IV rapids can be safely run.  Permits are strictly regulated.

Boise photographer and longtime ROW Adventures partner Chad Case will attend our meeting to describe trips on the Wild and Scenic Bruneau and Jarbidge Rivers as well as on three sections of the Owyhee River.

Johan Grubb, ROW vice-president and general manager, will also attend the meeting via Zoom, to share photos and tell us more about these rarely-visited canyons and wilderness whitewater river trips through them.

If you attend in person, please enter through the side door. A volunteer will staff the door until 7 PM (the door is locked after business hours). No food is allowed in the Fish & Game meeting rooms.
