Ward and Kathy Johns will host a hike (weather permitting), a potluck in their brand-new event center, and a dip in the hot springs at Roystone Hot Springs. The plan is to CARPOOL, meeting at 9:15 a.m. at the east corner of the Winco on State St and the Old Highway 55.

Driving directions for the hike: Take Highway 55 to Horseshoe Bend, turn left at the traffic light onto North Highway 52. In about 9 miles, turn left at the Triangle Restaurant. Go 2 miles to the Montour Campground. The hike will be on flat terrain through and around Montour's platted grounds until 11:30 then we will have the potluck and swim.

Driving directions to Roystone Hot Springs from the hike: Drive back to N. Hwy. 52 and head west for 1 mile. Turn right at milepost 44 by the RV feather banners. Park at the big white "Spring House" building. Dressing rooms and showers are available.
