HELLO SNOW BUNNIES!! Seems early, but it’s time to think about playing in the snow!  Another trip to Ponderosa State Park in McCall—Snowshoe, Nordic and Alpine ski at/near Ponderosa State Park.

I have rented two cabins for Tuesday and Wednesday nights--January 23 and 24, and one for Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.  Check-in 3:00 Tuesday.  Check-out 12:00 THURSDAY (or Friday). The 3 cabins are Elk (sleeps 8), Fox (sleeps 6) and Bear (sleeps 6).  Elk is quite a bit larger than the others, so we can all gather there for potluck Tuesday evening. (All other meals on your own).  All cabins have real kitchens, showers and central heat.  Bear Basin and Brundage are nearby.  Check out the park at parksandrecreation.idaho.gov/parks/ponderosa.

The TOTAL cost per cabin for 2 nights is about $229 (includes tax and $10 reservation fee).  If all three cabins are full, the cost would be about $35 per person.  A few people are interested in staying a third night. So today I rented Elk (larger cabin) for another night (Check-in Tuesday, Check-out Friday). If you would like to stay three nights, please let me know. I will collect money after we are in the cabins (by then we will know exactly how many are coming!)  Parking for one vehicle is included, extras are $5 each.  (If you have an Idaho State Parks Passport, parking is free.)  The fee to ski/snowshoe at Ponderosa is free with cabin rental.

Please let me know if you are interested.  Call or email questions--Kay Smith
