This event is for all the current weekday hike leaders and all MWOC members who are interested in helping as a hike leader.  The primary  goal is to encourage members to be hike leaders by formulating a framework used by seasoned leaders.  We hope to create an open discussion of the challenges involved in leading hikes and what the club can do to help leaders.  We will have beverages on hand, but if you have something you would like to share, please bring it along.
